I’m delighted to be teaming up with ImpactEd to deliver two 60-minute webinars. Joe McGinn and I will give those working on independent/state school partnerships the tools to effectively measure their impact and deliver sustainable and long-term collaborations.

We will explore the four pillars of effective partnerships as identified by the Department for Education and School Partnerships Alliance: mutuality, measuring impact, sustainability and tackling disadvantage.

The series will focus on equipping participants with practical tools to define and evaluate the intended outcomes of their partnerships, as well as guidance from a partnerships practitioner on how the four pillars can be designed into partnerships from day one. The series is in two parts – you can sign up for both or attend them individually.

Book here for first webinar: Partnerships with impact: tackling disadvantage and ensuring mutuality

In the first session, we will look at how cross-sector partnerships can focus their efforts on disadvantaged pupils – while remaining mutually beneficial for both partners. This will include case studies from partnerships that have successfully navigated this apparent tension, and provide guidance on how to design a Theory of Change for a partnership that ensures both mutuality and a focus on addressing educational disadvantage.
