Meet our Expert Associates

Margaret's work (and her PhD awarded in 2022) focuses on cross-sector school partnerships. She is part of the core team of the School Partnerships Alliance and a Trustee of HMCK, a charity which funds partnerships.

She and Christina work together closely and have been termed 'partnerpreneurs'. Enough said.

Sarah’s background is in communications, development and events management/fundraising in the arts, charitable and education sectors. Sarah is knowledgeable about securing sponsorship and funding streams and how to drive forward collaborative opportunities.

Gordon is an experienced school leader, international director, teacher trainer and governor with a strong track record of leading culture change within organisations. He leads innovative and equitable partnerships with a practical sense of strategy.

Gordon is a regular contributor to Christina's partnership training programmes.

Jeremy is an expert practitioner in leading sustainable STEM partnerships. His career has spanned research posts and science teaching and now holds an outreach post in HE.

He and Christina developed Engaging with Schools, a one-day workshop for organisations looking to initiate or deepen outreach programmes.

Ian's background is in banking but now works with educators. He established a global mentoring network for future women leaders and has written 2 books about it.

His consultancy, Bright Field, works with a stable of accredited practitioners from within education, including Christina.

Kathryn founded Clarion Education to help leaders find clarity from complexity. She is also a Governor, accredited mediator and Level 7 qualified executive coach.

Kathryn works alongside Christina to deliver leadership programmes rooted in real‑world school experience.

Alanna founded Character Compass to offer character education consultancy to schools, building on her extensive experience as a school teacher and pastoral lead.

She and Christina work together to deliver Leadership Lab in Partnership: student leadership training across schools.

Rob is well-known as former BBC South East news anchor, now turning his journalism, film-making and presentation skills to good use in his own business Wild Rover Media.

He partners with Christina to offer presentation coaching and media training in their programme: Communicate with Confidence and Clarity.

Mike is founder of Simpang, a human-led partnership that helps school leaders turn their big ideas into daily reality. He embeds directly alongside your staff to help cut through the everyday noise and get things done.

His strategic work with SLTs  neatly complements Christina's focus on middle leadership and partnerships.

Johan is founder of All-in Education, a consultancy which audits and improves inclusion and diversity in schools globally.

Anna is an experienced coach, academic and distinguished author and advises on burnout as well as offering leadership coaching.
