A Pyramid of Impact?
Schools often have a number of different partnerships projects with other schools. Projects might involve large numbers of students or staff, perhaps as a one-off event (e.g. a visiting speaker or workshop) and the overall impact may not be as much as a project involving fewer participants but perhaps over a longer period of time or repeated interactions. So, we have the idea of profound impact on a few and glancing impact on many.
I’m delighted to be joined by Josh Plotkin, Director of Partnerships at Haberdashers’ Elstree Schools.
