Partnerships for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
EDI is on the agenda in every school. Not just as some box-ticking exercise, but because we know that if our students and staff feel seen, heard, included and represented they are more likely to feel a sense of belonging, resulting in better teacher retention, better attendance and better outcomes.
So, how can partnerships between schools help to improve equity, diversity and inclusion? Opening student’s experiences to a wider diversity of people and connecting teachers to networks of support are just some of the benefits. EDI expert Johan Jensen, from All-in Education, joins us to lead a discussion and hear your views.
We have removed the need to register, so the zoom link will be shared securely as follows:
- Emailed to those on the partnerships mailing list
- Published on the #PartnerChat Membership Hub page
- Or you can click here to contact us now
In the interests of sector balance, colleagues from independent schools are encouraged to invite state school partners to attend the meeting and vice versa.
If this is your first Breakfast Briefing, then you are warmly welcome and we look forward to meeting you and introducing you to colleagues working in the same space. To join the mailing list for future events, please visit this page.
Breakfast Briefings are free to all. If you would like to make a contribution to admin costs, please visit our Buy Me A Coffee page – thank you. (We can also provide an invoice if that is easier to process at your school.)
