Challenge
GetZero, a green careers start-up company had been awarded funding to conduct a pilot of a new AI-powered platform to identify and coach green skills in the construction industry. They were seeking a partner to carry out an impact evaluation of the pilot.
What we did
Based on the project objectives and evaluation brief, we wrote an evaluation framework, devised surveys for participants, staff and employers; analysed the data collected; advised on recruitment of participating schools and colleges; wrote a 26-page impact report.
