I’m excited to be leading this course again for HMC (which is open to all). It’s an online course across two sessions of 2.5 hours, with an interim in-school task. Click here for more information and booking.
This course aims to: Help you to develop a more coherent partnerships strategy for deeper long-term impact. This course is designed for independent schools who are engaged in partnerships with state schools but wish to develop or expand their partnerships programme. It builds on the Exploring Cross-Sector Partnerships course.
The course is for: those with responsibility for partnerships, including Heads of Partnerships/Outreach/Community Engagement, Heads, Deputies, Development Directors and External Relations Directors.
Course outline: Your school may have a number of different partnership projects but is looking to evaluate, extend what you already do, or build in structures to make them more effective, sustained and impactful.
The course takes place across two afternoons with a reflective task in-school during the intervening week. Following the course, you will feel able to bring more strategic planning to your partnerships programme and more confident about evaluating impact and ensuring longevity of your collaborations.
As a small group we will be able to share ideas and concerns interactively. There will be input from guest experts, and we will share some useful ‘toolkit’ documents.
An introductory course “Exploring Partnerships” is available if your partnerships activity is not yet so developed.
