I’m delighted to be working with HMC again to offer this course – this time in person! – for those in independent schools looking to initiate or expand collaborations with state schools. Click here for more information and booking.
This course aims to: Equip you with the tools you need to develop a coherent, sustainable and impactful partnerships strategy for your school.
This course is for: those with responsibility for partnerships: Heads of Partnerships/Outreach/ Community Engagement, Heads, Deputies, Development Directors and External Relations Directors. Open to all, but with a discount for those working in HMC schools.
Course outline: Independent schools engage with state schools for a number of different reasons. However, it can be a challenge to move beyond outreach to more meaningful partnership, and hard to know where to start. This course will help you audit where your school is at, guide thinking on where you would like to be and advise on how to get there. It will be delivered in-person from 10am – 4pm, and within our group. Following the course, you will feel more confident about planning, initiating, implementing and evaluating an effective programme of partnerships with your local state schools.
A further course “Developing Partnerships” is available if your partnerships activity is already established.
