I’m delighted to be teaming up with ImpactEd to deliver two 60-minute webinars. Joe McGinn and I will give those working on independent/state school partnerships the tools to effectively measure their impact and deliver sustainable and long-term collaborations.
We will explore the four pillars of effective partnerships as identified by the Department for Education and School Partnerships Alliance: mutuality, measuring impact, sustainability and tackling disadvantage.
The series will focus on equipping participants with practical tools to define and evaluate the intended outcomes of their partnerships, as well as guidance from a partnerships practitioner on how the four pillars can be designed into partnerships from day one. The series is in two parts – you can sign up for both or attend them individually.
In the second session, we will explore how measuring and evaluating the impact of partnership can promote sustainability and steer long-term collaboration. This will include a walkthrough of impact measurement tools and approaches, alongside examples of how partnerships have reported and learnt from their impact for both internal and external stakeholders.
