Improving focus for a charity’s offer to schools
Challenge
Charity Digital Poverty Alliance were seeking advice for their Tech4Learning project: how to reach schools with a clear offer and a distinctive voice.
What we did
An hour’s online consultancy call, listening, processing, advising.

“It was so good talking through our project with Christina. She already had a clear understanding of the schools environment, but also some of the very specific challenges a project like ours could face.
Having the chance to talk to someone external really brought some clarity around steps that we could take to broaden our reach and to consider new ways of reaching out to school leaders about their potential for becoming a part of our service.
We left with some clear and actionable ideas, including about some of the different ways we can add value – in reality services we already have at our fingertips but hadn’t necessarily joined up in the way that might be most appealing.
For a charity like us, being able to leverage what we already do in a new and more impactful way is exactly what we need.”
