I’m delighted to be teaming up again with HMC for deliver a one-day course on cross-sector school partnerships, newly updated for 2026. The course is open to non-HMC members and I’ve designed it as a jam-packed accelerated introduction to leading partnerships. It’s in-person, in the fabulous conference suite at HMC’s HQ in Market Harborough.

Across the sector, independent schools are being encouraged to maintain partnerships with state schools, but they are viewed by some as a budgetary drain rather than educational gain. Delegates on this professional development course will be guided through practical steps to building partnership projects which cost little but bring significant character development to their pupils and strategic advantage to their school, even if they are new to cross-sector engagement.
