Challenge
Recruiting and retaining science teachers across Kent has become a challenge, with many promoted into leadership roles early in their career. A regional charity was keen to fund a leadership course for those new or aspiring to lead in secondary science departments.
What we did
Starting and ending in person, with live online sessions between, we devised and led a five-session programme covered vision and values, challenging conversations, delegation, quality assurance and more.
